There are limbs <br />scattered throughout the yard as well as high grass and weeds. The foundation is <br />sinking and boards along the bottom are warped. There is deterioration along <br />the soffit and the rear of the structure is starting to sink. The roof is starting to <br />buckle and all of the windows are open. One of the supports on <br />the porch has been kicked loose. The foundation is damaged and there is <br />deterioration on the roof. The house is unsecure and there is extensive water <br />damage to the inside. <br />Robert Talley's recommendation: 30 days to demolish if not the City has the <br />right to demolish and apply a $1000 per day civil penalty. <br />
