<br />The Project Manager for this assignment will be Mr. Chuck Rohre, Regional Affiliate. Mr. Rohre
<br />is based in Dallas and has been affiliated with Ralph Andersen & Associates for more than ten
<br />years. He has successfully directed numerous executive search assignments for the finn, includ-
<br />ing engagements to recruit city managers, assistant city managers, public works directors, police
<br />chiefs, fire chiefs and numerous other municipal department heads. He is experienced at working
<br />with City Councils and their staffs to focus the executive search process to maximize results and
<br />control costs. His network of municipal candidates and sources is extensive and national in
<br />scope.

<br />In his consulting capacity with Ralph Andersen & Associates, Mr. Rohre has conducted extensive
<br />candidate identification and screening processes as well as reference and background checks on
<br />numerous exeeutive recruitments including:

<br />McKinney, Terrell, Azle, and Cedar Hill, Shennan and Kaufinan, Texas; Assistant City
<br />Manager searches in Richardson, Texas and Arvada, Colorado; and the City Manager
<br />searches for Cheny Hills Village, Breckenridge, Commerce City, and Wheat Ridge,
<br />Colorado. He also served as the project director on the Village of Oak Park, Illinois and
<br />Dodge City, Kansas Public Works Director searches.

<br />He served as a Watch Commander for the Dallas Police Department, Public Safety Director for
<br />the City of Highland Park, Texas and as Police Chief of the rapidly growing City of Piano,
<br />Texas, prior to beginning his consulting career. Mr. Rohre received Bachelors and Master's de-
<br />grees in management from the Dallas Campus of Abilene Christian University.
