State District/Superior Court Civil Litigation Records Consulting on security needs State District/Superior Court Criminal Records The background investigation will be thoroughly documented and reported to the City in the final candidate report. --"--'------'-------' --- TASK 5: ONSITE INTERVIEW PROCESS FACILITATED BY WCG WITH FINAL CANDIDATES AND THE CITY COUNCIL INCLUDING THE FINALIZATION OF SEARCH Upon completion of Tasks 1 through 4, WCG will submit a Final Candidate Reporr recommending a group of finalists for the c:ity Council to interview, Typically four to six fillal candidates will be identified, Our report will summarize the work experiences and educational backgrounds of dle candidates drawn from the resumes and from dle initial interviews and background checks, WCG will also summarize the results of the reference investigations, In addition, the report will include general guidelines for applicant interviewing and suggested interview questions for the City to use in conducting the interviews, A list of suggested questions can be very helpful to the interviewer by ensuring consistency and guarding against straying into potentially legally dangerous areas of inquiry, WCG will also discuss with the City the subsequent and optional steps in the total interview process and will make recommendations concerning dle final evaluation of dle candidates.
