Thc planning meeting <br /> will bchcld to restate thc projcct objcctivc$, schedule project clements, and <br /> identify contact and resource personnel. This plarming session will facilitate <br /> the success of the project and help insure that stated goals are mutually <br /> tmderstood. <br /> <br /> Define the City's To facilitate the definition of the City of Paris's compensation philosophy, a <br /> compensation audit will be conducted to examine the existing compensation <br /> compensation philosophy and pay system. Information obtained during thc administrative <br /> philosophy plarming meeting will bc uaod to conduct the audit.
