$25,000 to the city of Paris for Library improvement. Aikin said it would <br />come mostly from sales tax. He moved the Chairman appoint a committee to <br />work with Mrs. Alsobrook. The motion was seconded, discussed and passed. <br />Mrs. Alsobrook said the first step.was'to contact members of the State Archives <br />and Library Commission before their May 2 meeting. <br />The Chairman commended Mrs.'Alsobrook for her work. <br />Board members discussed including names of donors, books and honorees in the <br />Paris News Library Column or in a separate news notice once a month, with <br />permission from donors to include their names. <br />h <br />Meeting adjourned at 4:45 p.m. <br />Mrs. Printis Ellis, Secretary <br />Date approved <br />
