Mrs. Wood reported the purchase of a costume, "The Cowardly Lion ", <br />for the children's appearance in the July 3 patriotic parade, and <br />for other Library programs. The cost was $86. <br />The Director reported she would attend the American Library <br />Association annual conference in New Orleans the weekend of June 26 <br />when former President Jimmy Carter would be the main speaker. <br />Also, the policy regarding juvenile videos had been changed to <br />allow only one juvenile video to be checked out on a juvenile <br />library card because of the small juvenile video collection. <br />The meeting adjourned at-4:55 PM. <br />jalttepp Frances A.
