PAGE 2 <br />LIBRARY ADVISORY BOARD MINUTES <br />DECEMBER 13, 1994 <br />Mrs. Wood moved the daily fine per overdue book be raised to 25 cents per <br />day, motion seconded, discussed, and passed. This is in keeping with other <br />libraries of comparable size. The change in fines will begin when the <br />automated system is in place. <br />Mrs. Emily Kirkman, the new Children's Librarian is doing well, and is an <br />excellent storyteller and puppeteer. <br />Mrs. Wood reported the Friends of the Library spring book review would be <br />March 6, 1995, at the Paris Golf and Country Club with Rose -Mary Rumbley <br />and a program about Ireland. <br />The meeting adjourned at 5 PM. <br />I— <br />Approved Frances A.
