Card holders now total 31,496, with 224 added
last month.
She reported about $12,000 was received as memorial /gift
contributions last year.
She expressed appreciation for members of the Board
attending the City Council budget hearing, said the
Council voted to deop the $50 fee for out of city patrons,
and left in the 14% increase requested, but no new staff
was approved.
Members discussed the need of getting County assistance,
and Chairman Neely said he would serve on a Committee to
make plans for approaching the County Commissioners. Joe
Rex, Jackie Alsobrook, and Rogene Patterson will serve and
report at the next meeting.
