Ms. Lewis said the new library brochure would be ready in <br />April and only a small number would be printed initially, <br />since changes could be made on computer and reprinted to <br />keep it up to date. <br />Mrs. Hayter reported on plans for the March 27 Book Review <br />Luncheon at the Paris Golf and Country Club, saying there <br />are 185 reservations. She asked members to let her know <br />if any garden flowers would be available for table <br />decorations. <br />She said the Friends would pay for silk flower <br />arrangements - two costing $70 designed by Charlotte at <br />the Craft Mall - for the library plant boxes near the <br />circulation desk. <br />Ms. Lewis said the juvenile videos were now in the <br />Children's Department, making them more accessible to <br />juvenile patrons. <br />She announced a program at the Voyer Memorial Library in <br />Honey Grove on March 19 about gardening. <br />She reported the daily afternoon children's programs <br />during Spring Break were very successful. <br />Meeting adjourned at 5 PM. <br />D(Ate Approved Frances Ellis, Secretary <br />
