Page 2 <br />issuance of bonds and warrants were discussed in regard to the <br />financing of the project. <br />After discussion it was the consensus of the Committee to cut Dean <br />Jones's property from the proposed sewer service. <br />Councilman Clifford told the Committee that if this property is not <br />annexed, and city services provided, he was going to put in a lift <br />station, and the Elk's Lodge would also put in a lift station, and the <br />City of Paris will have to maintain two more lift stations for the next <br />fifty years, Reno will come over, and run gravity flow lines, and we <br />will be cut off at the present City limits on FM195. <br />Councilman Fendley said he feels that if financing can be arranged, <br />then go for the project and annexation. <br />After discussion, the Committee referred this matter back to the City <br />Staff requesting additional information on possible means of financing <br />the project before making a final decision, with either a total phase <br />or phase one and two to be completed in a three year period, and <br />expressed the need for several alternatives to the situation. <br />The Committee set November 24, 1987, 5:15 P.
