building. He stated he had called Bob Goolsby, in Austin, and he said as <br />long as it is satisfactory with the local governments, he didn't see any <br />reason why it could not be done this way. Dr. Bercher made the motion <br />to transfer the funds, when they are received, to purchase new floors or <br />floor covering. Dr. George seconded the motion. Motion carried. <br />Mrs. Norment asked for suggestions on the day that would be suitable <br />for the Board Members to have their meetings, which are to be held every <br />three months. After some discussion, it was decided that the fourth <br />Tuesday in the month would be satisfactory. The next meeting was scheduled <br />for May 22nd. <br />Mrs. Torment asked that anyone wishing to have something on the Agenda for <br />the meetings, to either call her or Betty Kennedy.
