MINUTES <br />AIRPORT ADVISORY BOARD <br />THURSDAY, OCTOBER 26, 1978 <br />7:00 O'CLOCK P. M. <br />PARIS, TEXAS <br />The Airport Advisory Board <br />Thursday, October 26, 1978 <br />building at Cox Field Aire <br />present: <br />1. Rick Rex - Chairman <br />2. Dr. Lawrence Mann <br />met in regular session ora <br />at 7:00 P.M. in the terminal <br />ort with the following members <br />3. Bill Boothe <br />4- Wayne Clements <br />5. James Moseley <br />Also present at the meeting was Jim Qollier, 4rport Manager. <br />The meeting was called to order bT Chairman Rex. The <br />minutes were approved as read. <br />Old Business: <br />A. Money budjeted for the Firehouse consists of the following: <br />1. Money provided by Federal programs - $45000. <br />2. Money provided by the City of Paris - $159000. <br />B. Bids for T- Hangar construction were advertised 10 -22. <br />The bids must be returned by 11 -8 -78. <br />C. The leasing of the large hangar to J. Wrenn was discussed. <br />The Board suspended negotiations of the amount of the <br />lease until comparable rates could be determined from <br />other airports of similiar size. <br />D. The discussion of installation of underground gasoline <br />storage tanks was delayed pending receipt of additional <br />information. <br />New Business - None <br />Secretary <br />
