The next item for consideration was a recommendation concerning <br />traffic circulation in relation to the new elementary school <br />site on Pine Mill Road east of 30th N.E. <br />Mr. McCollum reviewed with the Commission, maps indicating existing_ <br />streets in the area and some of the problems which need to be <br />solved in order to provide good access and circulation around the <br />school. <br />After discussion Mr. Lynch made a motion to recommend to the <br />City Council for action, the six items listed in Director of <br />Community Development's Memorandum dated February 5, 1979, marked <br />Exhibit A and attached hereto. The motion was seconded by Mr. <br />Pruitt and carried unanimously. <br />The Replat of Lots 7 and B, Block T, Tanglewood Addition No. 7 <br />was unanimously approved on a motion by Mr. Estes, seconded by <br />Pair. Johnson. <br />The Replat of Lot 4, City Block 329 was unanimously approved <br />on a motion by Mr. Lynch, seconded by Mrs. Terpening subject to <br />the exceptions listed in Director of Public Works Memorandum <br />stated February 5, 1979, marked Exhibit B and attached hereto. <br />Mr. McCollum advised the Commission that Elinor Plats had been <br />received on Lots 3 and 4, City Block 306. No action was necessary <br />on this matter. <br />With no further business to consider, the meeting was adjourned. <br />Joe N. McCollum <br />Secretary - ex officio <br />
