MINUTES <br />AIRPORT ADVISORY BOARD <br />TUESDAY, JUNE, 260 1979 <br />7:15 O'CIOCK P.M. <br />PARIS, TEXAS <br />The Airport Advisory Board met in regular session at <br />Cox Field Airport on Tuesday, June 26, 1979 at 7:15 P.m. <br />with the following members present: <br />1. Rick Rex, Chairman <br />2. James Moseley <br />3. Joann Ondrovik - Burress <br />4. Allie O'Brien <br />Also in attendance were Jim Collier, Airport Manager, <br />Bob Hayter and Frank Taylor; Hayter Engineering, M/M <br />Jimmy Wren and Don Whitaker. <br />The meeting was called to order by Chairman Rex and the <br />minutes were approved as mailed. <br />Old Business <br />1. Progress on T- Hanger construction: Mr. Collier re- <br />ported the steel was ordered; one load delivered. The <br />Foundation Plans for the anchor bolts are incomplete. <br />Completion date for Fasken, et al's Hangers is unknown. <br />2. Funding of fuel tanks and recommendation for rental <br />fees (Agenda items 2 & 3) were tabled to facilitate hear- <br />ing Hayter's Presentation. <br />New Business: <br />1. Hayter Engineering: Presentation: <br />Present construction and future airport plans were <br />presented and discussed by the board. <br />Mr. Hayter requested the Board authorize him to present <br />final plans at e July City Council meeting so Phase I <br />bids can be lets' y late August of 1979 and construction <br />completed before inclement weather begins. Mr. Hayter <br />asked the board to do the following: <br />a. To consider recommending approval of the City <br />Council for Phase I plans, including the follow- <br />ing: <br />b. T- Hanger paving, 50' wide east and west of T- <br />Hangers and 50' wide east and west of Fasken <br />et al T- Hangers for a distance of 93'• <br />
