Staples, Jr., that the Commission <br />reconsider the previous question. The motion passed by a vote of 3 <br />for, 2 against. The Chairman then called the question on the previous <br />motion, and the same passed by a vote of 3 for, 2 against. <br />T. K. Haynes presented the staff recommendation concerning <br />the location of the Fire Limits in accordance with the plat attached <br />hereto as Exhibit B, and after discussion, the motion was matte by <br />Herschel R. McKinney, with second by Homer Thornton, that the <br />Commission recommend to the City Council that the Fire Limits, as <br />depicted on Exhibit B attached hereto, be established. The motion <br />passed unanimously. <br />The Final Plat of Ella Kaye Addition, owned by Bass, Pettit, <br />Basham and Staley Brothers, was presented to the Commission by the <br />Secretary, T. K. Haynes, with the Director of Public Works' re- <br />commendation for approval, attached hereto as Exhibit C. After dis- <br />cussion, the motion was made by Herschel R. McKinney, with second <br />by R. B. Staples, Jr., that said plat be approved. The motion passed <br />unanimously. <br />Next, a motion was made by Homer Thornton, with second by <br />Herschel R. McKinney, that the regular meeting of the . Planning and <br />Zoning Commission be changed from the Tuesday before the regular <br />meeting of the City Council to the first Monday of each month.
