4. PROPOSED ANNEXKfION: Mr. Wayne Brown has requested the City to annex 31.45 <br />acres of land which would allow hint to expand the Morningside Addition located <br />east of Loop 286 S.E. between Lamar Avenue and Clarksville Street. <br />It is recommended that annexation be approved and the OneFamily Dwelling <br />District No. 2 (SF -2) zoning be extended to cover the area annexed. <br />5. AMENDMENT OF SECTION 14 -102 OF THE ZONING ORDINANCE: We have discussed <br />this matter several times in the past few months and I believe most of you <br />are familar with it. Basically, if the amendment is approved, more than <br />one main building could be placed upon a lot for Multi - family, retail, <br />commercial and industrial uses subject to approval of a site plan by the <br />Planning and Zoning Cormiission. <br />Staff feels this amendment: will strengthen the Zoning Ordinance and <br />recommends approval. <br />6. PRELIMINARY PLAT - FORNINGSIDE NO. 5: This section of Morningside Addition <br />is in the area requested for annexation. A recommendation from the Director <br />of Public Works will be presented with the plat. <br />7. PRELIMINARY PLAT - DORCHESTER 'LACE: This subdivision is located on the <br />east side of 33rd S.E. between the Dolphin Swim Club and Lar�ar Avenue. <br />A recommendation from the Director of Public Works will be presented with <br />the plat. <br />Thank you. <br />oe N.
