(7) Paragraph 9.2.2 the fee for re- inspection shall be changed from $2.00 <br />to $10.00 and there shall be added immediately after the last fee, the <br />following: <br />"That the above table of fees shall apply in the event that application <br />for permit is made prior to, the beginning of any plumbing work requiring <br />a permit. That in the event any plumbing work requiring a permit is commenced: <br />without having procured a permit, as provided herein, then there shall be <br />a fee, in addition to the above table of fees, of $0.50 per day for each day <br />delayed in procuring said permit." <br />(8) Paragraph 9.3.5 add" In place of 10 inches of mercury column, 10 <br />pounds per square inch guage pressure may be used as registered with an <br />approved pressure guage having not greater than 1 pound measurement <br />divisions. <br />(9) Paragraph 9.3.9 Add to part (2)- In place of 10 inches of mercury <br />column, 10 pounds:per square inch guage pressure may be used as registered <br />with an approved pressure guage having not greater than 1 pound measurement <br />divisions. <br />(10) Paragraph 12.1.4 shall have deleted therefrom the first "X" to the <br />right of bituminized sewer pipe; the last two X's to the right of the <br />Wrought Iron Pipe Galvanized; t -he last two X's to the right of Malleable <br />Iron Fittings Galvanized; the last two X's to the right of Brass Pipe I.P.S. <br />and Screwed Fittings; the last two X's to the right of the Copper Pipe <br />I.P.S.; the last X to the right of the Copper Water Tube(T,ype K or L soft) <br />and Wrought Copper Fittings; the last X to the right of Soldered Joint Fittings - <br />Copper, Brass and Bronze; the last two X's to the right of the Copper Tube, <br />Type L Hard, and the last two X's to the right of Copper Tube, Type K Hard <br />which when so deleted will eliminate those materials for the use indicated. <br />(11) Paragraph 13.2.6 shall be deleted. <br />(12) Paragraph 13.2.7 shall be deleted' <br />(13) Paragraph 13.2.14 shall be added immediately after Paragraph 13.2.13 <br />as follows: <br />"13.2.14 Clay Pipe Joint: Clay pipe joints shall be premolded and must <br />meet the requirements of ASTM C425 -60T or later revisions thereof." <br />(14) Paragraph 13.2.15 shall be added immediately following Paragraph <br />13.2.14 as follows: <br />"13.2.15 Concrete Sewer Pipe Joints: Concrete sewer pipe joints must <br />contain rubber gaskets meeting ASTM C443 requirements." <br />(15) Paragraph 15.1.1a. shall be changed by deleting the first sentence <br />of the second paragraph, and the second sentence shall be changed to read <br />as follows: <br />"Concrete grease traps shall be equipped with cast iron fittings <br />and shall be sized as follows:" <br />(16) Paragraph 19.4.3 shall be changed to read as follows: <br />"19.4.3 Inaccessible Pipes: Inaccessible water piping in or under <br />floor slabs shall be minimum weight Type L, or better, copper tubing for <br />residential construction and minimum weight of Type K, or better, copper <br />tubing for commercial installation. Copper wiping shall be continuous <br />through the floor, having no fittings or joints below the surface of the floor." <br />
