Mr. Armstrong presented his plans for an eight unit, two story apartment <br />building which he wanted to face on 25th N.E. Due to the depth requirement, <br />he was required to observe a front set back of 25 feet from E. Price Street <br />and he requested permission to set back 17 feet. <br />He pointed out that he was in compliance in every way except that and said <br />facing on 25th N.E. would allow a better development of the property and <br />would provide better sight clearance at the intersection. <br />No one was present in opposition to the petition and the public hearing was <br />closed. <br />Each board member stated they could see no objection to the request and <br />following discussion, Mr. Shull made a motion to allow the 17 foot set back <br />from E.
