Lightfoot
Public Hearing to consider the petition of Glen Henry for a Variance to
Section 9 -5 -1 (1) of the City of Paris Zoning Ordinance relative to side yard
requirements on Lot 6 & 7; Block 8 of the Brookside Addition, located at 2568
Simpson.
Mr. Henry appeared before the Board of Adjustment, he presented
pictures he had taken to show what he was wanting and trying to do. He also
said there was room on the driveway to put four (4) cars without any sticking out
into the street
Mr. Mallory asked Mr. Methven if he had had any objections from any of
the neighbors. Mr. Methven stated he had had several calls and after it was
explained what Mr. Henry wanted to do there was only one objection.
