The public hearing was declared open. Reeves Hayter read letter from Steve Methven recommending approval of the petition. There was no opposition, the public hearing was declared closed. 5. Motion was made to approve by Bobby Myers and seconded by Eva Flenniken. Motion carried by a vote of 5 ayes and 0 nays. 6. Public Hearing to consider the petition of Cary Moon for a change in zoning from a Planned Development District (PD -c) to a Commercial District (C) Lot 2, City Block 313, being number 3710 Lamar Avenue. The public hearing was declared open. Cary Moon spoke in favor of the petition stating plans to build Eckerd Drug. There was no opposition, the public hearing was declared closed. 7. Consideration of and action on the petition of Cary Moon for a change in zoning from a Planned Development District (PD -c) to a Commercial District (C) Lot 2, City Block 313, being number 3710 Lamar Avenue. Motion was made to approve by Marshall Kent and seconded by Bobby Myers. Motion carried by a vote of 5 ayes and 0 nays. 8. Public Hearing to consider the petition of Donnie Collard for a change in zoning from a Neighborhood Service District (NS) to a Commercial District (C) Lot 2A, City Block 235, being number 1212 N.W. 19th Street. The public hearing was declared open.
