Motion was made to approve by Curtis Fendley and seconded by Michael Dangerfield subject to the City Engineers's Memo dated August 2, 1999. Motion carried by a vote of 7 ayes and 0 nays. 9. Consideration of and action on the recommendation of the Final Plat, Lot 9, Block I and Lot 8, Block J, Oak Creek Subdivision, Phase VII. Motion was made to approve by Bobby Myers and seconded by Louis Yates subject to the City Engineer's Memo dated August 2, 1999. Motion carried by a vote of 7 ayes and 0 nays.
