Reaves, Jr. for a change in zoning from an Agricultural District (A) to a Commercial District (C), Lot 19, City Block 324, being number 2915 FM 79. The public hearing was declared open. Mr. & Mrs. H.C. Reaves, Jr., Box 309B, Rt. 5, Paris, spoke in favor of petition wanting commercial zoning for sale to person who wants to build a carwash. Ms. Isabelle Sims, Rt. 1, Paris, states petition is ok with her. Marshall Suggs, Rt. 1, Sumner, wants to buy property to construct a carwash. Mr. Bobby Smallwood, 1130 Levi Lane, will build the facility. There was no opposition, the public hearing was declared closed. 7. Consideration of and action on the petition of H.C. Public Hearing to consider the petition of Randy Brown for a change in zoning from a General Retail District (GR) to a General Retail District (GR) With Specific Use Permit (52) Signs and Billboards, Lot 1, City Block 347, being number 4025 Clarksville Street. The public hearing was declared open. Mr. Randy Brown, Rt. 2, Box 101, Paris, wants to allow billboard sign construction next to where old railroad bridge was. There was no opposition, the public hearing was declared closed.
