Consideration of and action on the petition of Randy Brown for a change in zoning from a General Retail District (GR) to a General Retail District (GR) With Specific Use Permit (52) Signs and Billboards, Lot 1, City Block 347, being number 4025 Clarksville Street. Motion was made to approve by Bill Coleman seconded by Curtis Fendley. Motion carried by a vote of 5 ayes and 0 nays. 10. Public Hearing to consider the petition of Tracy Bratcher for a change in zoning from a One - Family Dwelling District No. 2 (SF -2) to a Two - Family Dwelling District (2F), Lot 27A, Block 5, Mayer Addition, being number 100 NW 34th Street. Mike Dangerfield joined meeting. The public hearing was declared open. Mr. Tracy Bratcher, 406 SW 9t'', Paris, wants to build 1800 SF, brick duplex on property. The lot is presently vacant. There is a possibility of splitting the lot into 2 lots and building 2 duplexes. Mr. James Shamblin, 150 NW 34t'', presented a petition with 14 names of neighbors opposing. They want to keep Single Family zoning. There was no further opposition, the public hearing was declared closed. 11. Banister for a change in zoning from a Two - Family Dwelling District (2F) to a One - Family Dwelling District No. 3 (SF -3) With Specific Use Permit (39) Mobile Homes, Lot 2, Block 5, Locust Hill Addition, being number 920 SW 4" Street. 13. Consideration of and action on the petition of Vicki E. Banister for a change in zoning from a Two -Family Dwelling District (2F) to a One - Family Dwelling District No. 3 (SF- 3) With Specific Use Permit (39) Mobile Homes, Lot 2, Block 5, Locust Hill Addition, being number 920 SW 4" Street.
