Consideration of and action on the petition of Randy Brown for a change in zoning <br />from a General Retail District (GR) to a General Retail District (GR) With Specific Use <br />Permit (52) Signs and Billboards, Lot 1, City Block 347, being number 4025 Clarksville <br />Street. <br />Motion was made to approve by Bill Coleman seconded by Curtis Fendley. Motion carried <br />by a vote of 5 ayes and 0 nays. <br />10. Public Hearing to consider the petition of Tracy Bratcher for a change in zoning from <br />a One - Family Dwelling District No. 2 (SF -2) to a Two - Family Dwelling District (2F), <br />Lot 27A, Block 5, Mayer Addition, being number 100 NW 34th Street. <br />Mike Dangerfield joined meeting. <br />The public hearing was declared open. <br />Mr. Tracy Bratcher, 406 SW 9t'', Paris, wants to build 1800 SF, brick duplex on property. <br />The lot is presently vacant. There is a possibility of splitting the lot into 2 lots and building <br />2 duplexes. <br />Mr. James Shamblin, 150 NW 34t'', presented a petition with 14 names of neighbors <br />opposing. They want to keep Single Family zoning. <br />There was no further opposition, the public hearing was declared closed. <br />11. Banister for a change in zoning from <br />a Two - Family Dwelling District (2F) to a One - Family Dwelling District No. 3 (SF -3) <br />With Specific Use Permit (39) Mobile Homes, Lot 2, Block 5, Locust Hill Addition, <br />being number 920 SW 4" Street. <br />13. Consideration of and action on the petition of Vicki E. Banister for a change in zoning <br />from a Two -Family Dwelling District (2F) to a One - Family Dwelling District No. 3 (SF- <br />3) With Specific Use Permit (39) Mobile Homes, Lot 2, Block 5, Locust Hill Addition, <br />being number 920 SW 4" Street. <br />Petitioner withdrew petition. <br />14.
