t Ie <br />4 <br />Mr. Powell expressed his disappointment in the fence that was <br />installed by Chance, Inc. at 7th S.W. and Washington Street. He <br />said it reminded him of a minimum security prison and he felt it <br />was not the type of fencing discussed in the public hearings held <br />to approve their special permit to operate at that location. Other <br />members of the Commission agreed with his statements and they <br />instructed Mr. McCollum to write a letter to Chance, Inc. <br />expressing their concern over the barbed wire top on the fence and <br />the image it presented. <br />There being no further business to' consider, the meeting was <br />adjourned. <br />n. <br />3Ue N.
