ORDINANCE NO. 92 -010 AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF PARIS, PARIS, TEXAS, PROVIDING FOR THE REPEAL OF ORDINANCE NO 92 -006 OF THE CODE OF ORDINANCES, CITY-OF PARIS, PARIS, TEXAS, AND DECLARING THE SAME TO BE NULL AND VOID AND OF NO EFFECT; AND PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE OF MARCH 9; 1992 City Attorney Haynes advised the Council that the form of the motion if they wished to repeal the Ordinance is for the ordinance that he just read. A motion was made by Councilman Bell, seconded by Councilman Burnett for adoption of the ordinance. The motion carried 7 ayes, 0 nay. Lane Park, Minister of Outreach for First Baptist Church of Paris came forward thanking the Council for their consideration, and assured the Council they would meet, they will keep the door open to solve the issues, not just alcohol but abuse, drugs, all the issue that makes for a City's undoing, and told the Council if they would work with them, they will work with the Council. At this time Mayor Fisher announced that the Council would take a ten minute break. The Council meeting reconvened at 7:15 P. M. ORDINANCE NO. 92 -007 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ZONING ORDINANCE NO. 1710 OF THE CITY OF PARIS, PARIS, TEXAS AND CHANGING THE BOUNDARIES ESTABLISHED BY THE ZONING MAP OF SAID CITY; ESTABLISHING A ONE FAMILY DWELLING DISTRICT NO. 3 (SF -3) AND SPECIFIC USE PERMIT - MOBILE HOME (39) FOR THE RESIDENCE OF BARBARA HARPER ON LOT 9 BLOCK 9, GIBBONS BRADEN ADDITION, ON PROPERTY BELONGING TO JOHNNIE HORTON, SO AS TO INCLUDE THEREIN TERRITORY FORMERLY DESIGNATED AS A TWO FAMILY DWELLING DISTRICT (2F); AND DESIGNATING THE BOUNDARIES OF THE ONE FAMILY DWELLING DISTRICT NO. 3 (SF -3) AND SPECIFIC USE PERMIT - MOBILE HOME (39) FOR THE - RESIDENCE OF BARBARA HARPER SO ESTABLISHED was presented.
