IL <br />RESOLUTION NO. 91 -007 <br />WHEREAS, there exists a vacancy on the membership of <br />the Building Commission of the City of Paris due to the <br />resignation of Sherrell Jowell, and it is necessary to <br />— appoint his successor, and the Mayor of the City of Paris, <br />Eric S. Clifford, having appointed Marvin Snodgrass, TU <br />Electric representative, to serve until his successor is <br />appointed and has submitted the name of such person to the <br />City Council of'the City of Paris; NOW, THEREFORE, <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />PARIS, That the appointment of Marvin Snodgrass, as a member <br />of the Building Commission of the City of Paris, to serve <br />the until his successor is appointed, is by the City Council <br />of the City of Paris hereby approved and confirmed. <br />Passed and adopted this 14th day of January, 1991. <br />Eric S. Clifford, to execute a special warranty deed to the <br />streets and alleys being closed to the adjacent owners on either side <br />of streets and alleys, located in the Texas and Pacific Addition was <br />presented, and resolving that the City of Paris retain a utility <br />easement in the area described. A motion was made by Councilman <br />Fendley, seconded by Councilman Fisher for approval of the resolution. <br />The motion carried 7 ayes, 0 nays. <br />
