Parking area and drive is unnecessary and subjected to frequent flooding. <br />2. Meter vault has open top*and without raisinq will be subjected to frequent flooding. <br />3. Characterizing the controller's function generator'to correctly control the ball valve <br />is impossible without more than one floFr input. The signal to the basin drain valve <br />from split - ranging the P.T.D. - output allows flow'to be completely controlled.
