(0-7 W4 <br />'i <br />City Attorney Haynes presented the following petition for rezoning: <br />G. R. Millsap, lot 5 -A., City Block 316, from SF -2 District to 2F <br />District; William DeG. Hayden M. D., Lot 20, City Block 312 from <br />SF -2 District to SF -1 District; Susan Myers, Lot 20, Block 4, <br />Gibbons Park Addition, from 2F District to SF -3 and Specific Use <br />Permit Mobile Home (39) District. <br />Mayor Burnett referred the petitions to the Planning and Zoning <br />Commission for their study and reccmendation and called for a public <br />hearing at the next regular Council meeting. <br />Mayor Burnett called for the canvas of the returns of the City's <br />General Election held April 4th, 1987 for electing the Councilmen <br />frcan District No. 4, 5, and 7. The returns were presented to Mayor <br />Burnett and were read aloud. <br />Resolution No. 87 -038 declaring the results of the election for <br />District No. 4, District No. 5, and District No. 7 was presented. A <br />motion was made by Councilman Bone, seconded by Councilman Folmar for <br />approval of the Resolution. The motion carried 5 ayes, 0 nays. <br />
