64 <br />RESOLUTION NO. 87-039 <br />WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Paris is <br />favorably disposed to assist the Postal Service in qualify- <br />ing downtown relocation sites and will consider all <br />appropriate methods of establishing desirable traffic <br />patterns; and, <br />WHEREAS, the City Council will consider the one- waying <br />of streets and the closing of streets if the evidence shows <br />the necessity for either or both; NOW, THEREFORE, <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />PARIS, That its cooperation in qualifying a downtown relo- <br />cation site is pledged. <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that Mattie Cunningham, City <br />Clerk, be, and she is hereby directed to furnish a copy of <br />this Resolution to Stanley C.
