RESOLUTION NO. 87 -056 <br />WHEREAS, there exists a vacancy on the membership of <br />the Visitors and Convention Council of the Chamber of <br />Commerce of Lamar County, due to the ineligibility of Jeff <br />Hoog, and it is necessary to appoint his successor, and the <br />Mayor of the City of Paris, Billy Joe Burnett, having <br />appointed William (Bill) Bone to serve the unexpired term of <br />Jeff Hoog, which ends December 31, 1987, and has submitted <br />the name of such person to the City Council of the City of <br />Paris; NOW, THEREFORE, <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />PARIS: That the appointment of William (Bill) Bone, as a <br />member of the Visitors and Convention Council of the'Chamber <br />of Commerce of Lamar County, to serve the unexpired term of <br />Jeff Hoog, which ends December 31, 1987, is by the City <br />Council of the City of Paris hereby approved and confirmed. <br />Passed and adopted this 11th day of May, 1987. <br />WO <br />/�•'- <br />ATTEST: <br />Mattie Cunningham, City C er <br />APPROVED AS TO ORM: <br />K. Rhodes as a member of the <br />Building Commission of the City of Paris to serve the unexpired term <br />of Jack Denman, which ends December 31, 1989 was presented. A motion <br />was made by Councilman Clifford, seconded by Councilman Bone for <br />approval of the Resolution. The motion carried 7 ayes, 0 nays. <br />
