RESOLUTION NO. 87-057 <br />N 756 <br />1 <br />WHEREAS, there exists a vacancy on the membership of <br />the Building Commission of the City of Paris due to the <br />resignation of Jack Denman, and it is necessary to appoint <br />his successor, and the Mayor of the City of Paris, Billy Joe <br />Burnett, having appointed Michael R. Rhodes to serve the <br />unexpired term of Jack Denman, which ends December 31, 1989, <br />and has submitted the name of such person to the City <br />Council of the City of Paris; NOW, THEREFORE, <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />PARIS, That the appointment of Michael R. Stillhouse <br />Creek Drainage area, and gave an overview of the project with several <br />alternatives plus cost estimates of each alternative. Mr. Chaney <br />recommended alternate No. 3, the reason being it would provide <br />
