51 (GR) to a Commercial District (C) on Lot 11, City Block 223 located at 1946 Lamar Ave. Mayor Burnett called for proponents to appear and Mr., Nathan Bell, 624 Church Street appeared in his behalf stating that this is a similar situation as the previous petition. Mr. Bell told the Council that there was another petition on the agenda for tonight for Mr. Donald Robinson for a zoning change on the southeast corner of Lamar Avenue and 19th S. E. from a General Retail District to a Commercial District, and that there is only one lot between these two zoning changes which is owned by the Dudley Estate and Mrs. L. D. Caviness's residence. Mr. Bell stated that he had ask Mrs. Caviness if she would like to join in the zoning change of the property, but she was not interested in the zoning change at this time, and Mrs. Caviness did not have any objection to the zoning change. Mr. Bell informed the Council that he would be glad to contact Mrs. Caviness again regarding the zoning change. Mayor Burnett called for opponents to appear, none appeared and the public hearing was declared closed. Councilman Wortham moved to table action on the zoning change, and accept the offer of Mr. Bell to contact Mrs. Caviness again regarding the zoning change of the Dudley Estate's property, and requested Mr. Bell to report back to the Council at the Monday night Council meeting. Councilman Wortham also moved to authorize preparation of an Ordinance to be considered at the Monday night meeting. The motion was seconded by Councilman Bone and carried unanimously. A motion was made by Councilman F0 mgr, seconded by Councilman Hoog to table action on the petition pending Mr. Nathan Bell's report to the Council at the Monday night Council meeting February 9, 1987. The motion carried 6 ayes, 0 nays. David Tompkins, City Engineer, presented the replat of Lot 1, Block 3, Lot 1, Block 10, Town North Estates. A motion was made by Councilman Folmar, seconded by Councilman Bone for approval of the replat subject to the requirements of the City Engineer. The motion carried 6 ayes, 0 nays. David Tcnpkins, City Engineer, presented the Final Plat of Southwest Industrial Park. Mr. Tompkins pointed out that construction was on the south side of the City and was 90 - 95% complete, and when the
