56' <br />Donald G. Wilson, one of the partners developing the subdivision, addressed <br />the Commission saying that most of the exceptions listed had been taken care <br />of. He explained how this development had come about and the involvement of <br />the Paris Industrial Foundation and the necessity of transferring title to the <br />property by February 15, 1987. . He asked the Commission not to table the plat <br />but to approve it subject to the exceptions listed. He said most of the items <br />could be resolved prior to the City Council meeting on Thursday. <br />Considerable time was spent in discussion of the plat and Mr. Nutt, after <br />commending the City Engineer for his thorough review of this plat and for <br />equal treatment of all such plats, made a motion to recommend approval of <br />the plat subject to the exceptions listed in City Engineer's Memorandum dated <br />January 30, 1987, marked Exhibit A and attached hereto. Mr. Hildreth seconded <br />the motion which carried 6 ayes, 0 nays. <br />City Engineer Tompkins presented the Final Plat of Oak Creek, Phase 2 along <br />with his Memorandum containing 13 exceptions to the subdivision regulations <br />and recommended that the plat be tabled until the exceptions are resolved. <br />He stated he had contacted the.developer's engineer to discuss the exceptions <br />and tabling the plat did not present a problem at this time. <br />Following discussion a motion was made <br />to table the plat until the exceptions <br />6 ayes, 0 nays. <br />by Mrs. Smith, seconded by Mr. Perry, <br />are resolved.
