i <br />MINUTES OF THE SPECIAL MEETZG OF THE CITY COUNCIL <br />February 16, 1987 <br />The City Council of the City of Paris met in special session, <br />Monday, February 16, 1987, 5:15 P. M. in the Council roan of City <br />Hall. Mayor Billy J. Burnett called the meeting to order with <br />the following Councilman present. W. C. Francis, Bill Bone, <br />Travis Wortham, and Jeff Hoog. Also present was City Manager, <br />Michael E. Malone, City Attorney, T. K. Haynes, and City Clerk, <br />Mattie Cunningham. <br />Mayor Burnett announced that the Council would go into executive <br />session and declared the regular session closed, and the <br />executive session open. <br />Discussion was had with City Attorney Haynes regarding the <br />pending rate case of Lone Star Gas. <br />Mayor Burnett declared the executive session closed and the <br />regular session open. <br />There being no further business, the meeting adjourned. <br />ri- W" PWO-t", ' <br />ATTEST: <br />MINUTES OF THE SPECIAL MEETING OF THE CITY COUNCIL <br />February 23, 1987 <br />The City Council of the City of Paris met in special session, Monday, <br />February 23, 1987, 5:15 P. M. in the Council room of City Hoog. <br />Mayor Burnett called. the meeting to order with the following <br />Councilmen present: Neff Hoog, Bill Bone, Travis Wortham, and W. C. <br />Francis. Also present was City Manager, Michael E. Malone, City <br />Attorney, T. K. Haynes, and City Clerk, Mattie Cunningham. <br />Mayor Burnett announced that the Council would advance to item number <br />six on the agenda. <br />Resolution No. 87 -025 authorizing advertisement for bids for <br />furniture, equipment, landscape, plants and work and site development <br />required for the completion of the Paris Public Library Improvement <br />Project was presented. <br />5 -. <br />
