RESOLUTION NO. 87-025 <br />WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Paris, did <br />heretofore on the 11th day of August, 1986, authorize <br />execution of contract for construction of Paris Public <br />Library Improvements; and, <br />WHEREAS, it is now appropriate to proceed with the <br />advertisement of bids for furniture, equipment, landscape, <br />plants and work and site development required for the <br />completion of the Paris Public Library Improvement Project; <br />and, <br />WHEREAS, the specifications for furniture, equipment, <br />landscape, plants and work and site development required for <br />the completion of the Paris Public Library Improvement <br />Project have been prepared by William M. Lightfoot, A.I.A., <br />which specifications are recommended for approval; and, <br />WHEREAS, such specifications should be approved and <br />such project should be advertised for bids; NOW, THEREFORE, <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />PARIS, That the specifications for furniture, equipment, <br />landscape, plants and work and site development required for <br />the completion of the Paris Public Library Improvement <br />Project are hereby approved. <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That such project for <br />furniture, equipment, landscape, plants and work and site <br />development required for the completion of the Paris Public <br />Library Improvement Project should be advertised for bids to <br />be received after due notice and thereafter returned to City <br />Council for letting. <br />Passed and adopted this 23rd day of February, 1987. <br />• Mayor <br />ATTEST: <br />Mattie Cunningham, City Nerk <br />APPROVED AS TO FORM: <br />T.
