Elkins for Site Plan approval in the <br />r_ Planned Development District on Lot 18, City Block 296, <br />located at 3365 Lamar Avenue. <br />Mayor Graham called for proponents to appear and Steve <br />Elkins appeared in his behalf. <br />Councilman Williams entered the Council chambers and assumed <br />his chair at the Council table. <br />Mayor Graham called for opponents to appear, and none <br />appeared and the public hearing was declared closed. A <br />motion was made by Councilman Hoog, seconded by Councilman <br />Burnett approving the Site Plan. The motion carried 6 ayes, <br />0 nays. <br />Mayor Graham declared the public hearing open on the peti- <br />tion of Alan Boyd for Site Plan approval in a Planned <br />Development District on Lot 16, City Block 296 located at <br />3325 Lamar Ave. <br />Mr. Boyd appeared in his behalf as a proponent. <br />Mayor Graham called for opponents to appear and one appeared <br />and the public hearing was declared closed. The motion carried 6 aye, 0 nays. <br />Mayor Graham declared the public hearing open on the peti- <br />tion of Ray Spencer for a change in zoning from a One Family <br />Dwelling District No. 2 to a One Family Dwelling District <br />No. 3 on Lot 1, City Block 85, located on the east side of <br />13th N.
