Mr. McCollum presented a replat of Part of Lot 11, City <br />Block 253 -C. A motion was made by Councilman Fisher, <br />seconded by Councilman Wilson to approve the replat subject <br />to the requirements of the City Engineer. The motion <br />carried 6 ayes, 0 nays. <br />Mr. McCollum presented a replat of Lot 8, City Block 222 -B. <br />A motion was made by Councilman Burnett, seconded by <br />Councilman Fisher approving the replat subject to the <br />t requirements of the City Engineer. The motion carried 6 <br />ayes, 0 nays. <br />Mr. McCollum presented a replat of Lots 14, 15 and part of <br />Lot 16, City Block 250. A motion was made by Councilman <br />Burnett, seconded by Councilman Wilson for approval of the <br />replat subject to the requirements of the City Engineer. <br />The motion carried 6 ayes, 0 nays. <br />City Attorney Haynes presented the following requests for <br />rezoning: Geneva Ervin for a change in zoning from SF -2 to <br />2 -F District on Lot 11, Block B, Kaywood Addition; Ricky <br />Dale Jordan from 2F & NS District to Generao Retail District <br />on Lots 5 and 6, City Block 227 -E; George D. Haslam for <br />Site Plan approval in a PD -f District on Lot 3, City Block <br />289; Helen Coplin from SF -2 District to NS District Beauty <br />Shop on Lot 8, Block 1, Shady Oaks Addition. Mayor Graham <br />referred the request for rezoning to the Planning and <br />Zoning Commission for their study and recommendation and <br />called for a public hearing at the next regular council <br />meeting on June 7, 1984. <br />Resolution No. 84 -028 referring to the Planning and Zoning <br />Commission for appropriate zoning on Lots 12, and Lot 13, <br />Block 1, Smith's Second Addition and Lot 17, City Block <br />215 -A. A motion was made by Councilman Wilson, seconded by <br />Councilman Hoog for adoption of the Resolution. The motion <br />carried 6 a yes, 0 nays. <br />w <br />I <br />
