RESOLUTION NO. 84 -028 <br />WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Paris has been <br />made aware of the fact that a Specific Use Permit was <br />impressed upon property on the south side of Center Street <br />appearing on the tax rolls of the City of Paris in the name <br />of General Meat Company. This Specific Use Permit is for <br />a rendering plant and is on Lots 12 and 13, Block 1, Smith's <br />Second Addition and Lot 17, City Block 251 A; and <br />WHEREAS, it is deemed to be in the best interest of the <br />citizens of Paris that such Specific Use Zoning classifica- <br />tion be reviewed by the Planning and Zoning Commission of <br />the City of Paris and in the event that the same should be <br />changed or deleted that such recommendation should be made <br />to the City Council for final action; and <br />WHEREAS, it is fitting and proper <br />be set concerning the same for 5:15 <br />City Council Room, City Hall, Paris, <br />of June, 1984.; NOW THEREFORE, <br />that a public hearing <br />o'clock P.M., in the <br />Texas, on the 7th day <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />PARIS, that the matter of appropriate zoning on Lots 12 and <br />13, Block 1, Smith's Second Addition and Lot 17, City Block <br />251 A be, and the same is hereby referred to the Planning <br />and Zoning Commission of the City of Paris for its recom- <br />mendation concerning the proper zoning of the same; and, <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that a public hearing be held <br />before the Planning and Zoning Commission concerning said <br />property at 7:00 o'clock P.M., in the City Council Room, <br />City Hall, Paris, Texas, on the 4th day of June, 1984. <br />Passed and adopted this 10th day of May, 1984. <br />E_ <br />it e GrahanY, Mayor <br />ATTEST: <br />H.
