Mr. Pine reviewed the Replat of Lot 6, City Block 54'and presented his <br />recommendations which included the installation of curb and gutter in front <br />of Lot 6 -A on 5th N.W. and the dedication of 5 feet for right of way widening <br />on both 4th N.W. and 5th N.W. Mr. and Mrs. Terry Allen requested waiver of <br />the right of way dedication and curb and gutter stating they were not required <br />on a similar replat just north of their property. <br />The Commission discussed the request and a motion was made by Mr. Nutt, <br />seconded by Mr. McMonigle to recommend approval of the replat subject to the <br />exceptions listed in City Engineer's Memorandum dated February 3, 1984 marked <br />Exhibit A and attached hereto with waiver of the right of way dedication. The <br />motion carried 7 ayes, 0 nays. <br />I <br />The Replat of Lot 1, City Block 32 -B was recommended for approval on a motion <br />by Mr. Perry, seconded by Mr. McMonigle subject to the exceptions listed in <br />City Engineer's Memorandum dated February 6, 1984, marked Exhibit B and <br />attached hereto. The motion carried 7 ayes, 0 nays. <br />The Replat of Lots 1 and 2, Block A, Jubilee Addition was recommended for <br />approval on a motion by Mr. McMonigle, seconded by Mrs. Smith subject to the <br />exceptions listed in City Engineer's Memorandum dated February 3, 1984, marked <br />Exhibit C and attached hereto. The motion carried 7 ayes, 0 nays. <br />The Replat of Lot 1, Block D, Tanglewood Addition and part of Lot 9, City <br />Block 249 was recommended for approval on a motion by Mr. Davidson, seconded <br />by Mr. Perry, subject to the exceptions listed in City Engineer's Memorandum <br />dated February 6, 1984, marked Exhibit D and attached hereto. The motion <br />carried 7 ayes, 0 nays. <br />The Replat of Lots 26 and 27, Block A, Morningside Estates Part 10 was re- <br />commended for approval on a motion by Mr. Perry, seconded by Mrs. Battle <br />subject to the exceptions listed in City Engineer's Memorandum dated February <br />3, 1984, marked Exhibit E and attached hereto. The motion carried 7 ayes, 0 <br />nays. <br />The easement dedication plat on Lot 16, City Block 315 was recommended for <br />r-- approval on a motion by Mr. McMonigle, seconded by Mr. Davidson subject to the <br />exceptions listed in City Engineer's Memorandum dated February 3, 1984, marked <br />Exhibit F and attached hereto. The motion carried 7 ayes, 0 nays. <br />The Preliminary Plat of Winchester Estates No. 2 was approved on a motion <br />by Mrs. Battle, seconded by Mrs. Smith subject to the exceptions listed in <br />City Engineer's memorandum dated February 6, 1984, marked Exhibit G and <br />attached hereto. The motion carried 7 ayes, 0 nays. <br />The Preliminary Plat of Spencer Addition was presented by the City Engineer <br />who requested it be tabled to allow more discussion with the developer con- <br />cerning easements and the proposed use of the lot shown to be zoned <br />Neighborhood Service. A motion was made by Mrs. Smith, seconded by Mrs. <br />Battle to table until the next meeting. The motion carried 7 ayes, 0 nays. <br />.r <br />
