The Preliminary Plat of Oak Creek Phase 2 was approved on a motion by Mrs. <br />Smith, seconded by Mr. Perry subject to the exceptions listed in City Engineer's <br />Memorandum dated February 6, 1984, marked Exhibit H and attached hereto. The <br />motion carried 7 ayes, 0 nays. <br />The Preliminary Plat of Quail Hollow Estates was presented by Mr. Pine and <br />Mr. McCollum who stated that due to the location of the development, beyond <br />2 miles of the Paris City Limits, no detailed review was made by City Staff. <br />Mr. McCollum stated the 214 acre tract to be divided into 5 acre lots was <br />located between the City of Reno and F.M. 195 just east of the Reno sewer <br />treatment plant. He reviewed the policy of leaving design of streets, etc. to <br />the County on developments over 2 miles from the City Limits. A motion was <br />made by Mrs. Battle, seconded by Mr. Dav -idson to approve the preliminary j <br />plat.
