s <br />The Replat of Lot 1, City Block 154 was recommended for approval on a motion <br />,--. by Mrs. Smith, seconded by Mr. Hildreth subject to the Pxrntio listed in <br />City Engineer's Memorandum dated March 3,1984, marked Exhibit D and attached <br />hereto with the deletion of Item No. 3. The motion carried 6 ayes, 0 nays. <br />The Replat of Lots 1 and 2, Block 4, Westside Addition was recommended for <br />approval on a motion by Mrs. Smith, seconded by Mr. McMonigle, subject to the <br />exceptions listed in City Engineer's Memorandum dated March 3, 1984, marked <br />Exhibit E and attached hereto. The motion carried 6 ayes, 0 nays. <br />The Replat of Lots 4, 5 and 6, Block 7, Belmont Addition was recommended for <br />approval on a motion by Mr-. McMonigle, seconded by Mr. Perry, subject to the <br />exceptions listed in City Engineer's Memorandum dated March 3, 1984, marked <br />Exhibit F and attached hereto. The motion carried 6 ayes, 0 nays. <br />The Master Plat of Oak Creek Addition was approved on a motion by Mr. Davidson, <br />seconded by Mr. Perry. The motion carried 6 ayes, 0 nays. <br />The Replat of Lots 1 and 2, Block B of Suzuki Properties was recommended for <br />approval on a motion by Mr. Perry, seconded by Mr. Hildreth.
