L J
March 3, 1984
TO Mayor and City Council
Planning and Zoning Commission
FROM City Engineer
FINAL PLAT - ELK HOLLOW ADDITION
I have reviewed the proposed subdivision of property shown on the referenced
final plat and it appears that such plat fully complies with the terms and
provisions of the City of Paris Subdivision Regulations, Ordinance No. 1315,
with the following exceptions and /or additions:
I. the improvements as shown on the approved construction plans for this
subdivision need to be completed or the developer needs to provide a
satisfactory bond to insure their completion (it is reasonable to
believe that the water main improvements can be completed within a month);
2. upon completion of construction, the "as- built" plans will need to be
submitted and approved prior to the acceptance of the improvements;
3. the developer needs to furnish certification that all taxes and fees have
been paid; and,
4. there are some minor corrections which need to be made on the plat
drawing prior to the filing of this plat.
I recommend approval of this final plat subject to compliance with the above
items.
Respectfully,
r/G
Thomas R. Pine, P.E.
City Engineer
cc: City Manager
City Attorney
Developer's Consultant (Richard Babb, P.E., R.P.S.)
Director of Community Development
EXHf151T a
im
rj
_71
