March 3, 1984
MEMORANDUM
TO Mayor and City Council
Planning and Zoning Commission
FROM . City Engineer
FINAL PLAT - YORK ADDITION (PART 1)
I have reviewed the proposed subdivision of property shown on the referenced
final plat and it appears that such plat fully complies with the terms and
provisions of the City of Paris Subdivison Regulations, Ordinance No. 1315,
with the following exceptions and /or additions:
1. the improvements as shown on approved construction plans for this sub-
division need to be completed or the developer needs to provide a satis-
factory bond to insure their completion (it is reasonable to believe that
these improvements can be completed within a month);
2. upon completion of construction, the "as- built" plans will need to be
submitted and approved prior to acceptance of the improvements;
3. the devleoper needs to pay for the fabrication and installation of the
necessary street signs;
4. the developer needs to furnish certification that all taxes and fees have
been paid; and,
5. the developer needs to understand that the preliminary plat tentatively
approved for the entire subdivision will expire in June 1984 and that
subsequent development and construction of improvements will have to be
reapproved after June 1984.
I recommend approval of this final plat subject to compliance with the above
items.
Res ectfully
i
i
Thomas R.
