ORDINANCE NO. 2626 L Page 2 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ZONING ORDINANCE NO. 1710 OF THE CITY OF PARIS, PARIS, TEXAS, AND CHANGING THE BOUNDARIES ESTABLISHED BY THE ZONING MAP OF SAID CITY; ESTABLISHING AN OFFICE DISTRICT (0) ON LOT 18, CITY BLOCK 296, ON PROPERTY BELONGING TO MARVIN AND GLENDAL MITCHELL, SO AS TO INCLUDE THEREIN TERRITORY FORMERLY DESIGNATED AS A ONE FAMILY DWELL - ING DISTRICT NO. 2 (SF -2); AND DESIGNATING THE BOUNDARIES OF THE OFFICE DISTRICT (0) SO ESTABLISHED. was presented. A motion was made by Councilman McGee, seconded by Councilman Wilson for adoption of the Ordinance. The motion carried 7 ayes, 0 nays. Mayor Graham declared the public hearing open on the petition of Elmerene Taylor for a change in zoning from a One Family Dwelling District No. 3 to a General Retail District on Lot 1 and 1 -A, City Block 237, located on the southeast corner of 19th N. W. and W. Campbell Street. Mayor Graham called for proponents to appear.and none appeared. Mayor Graham called for opponents to appear and none appeared, and the public hearing was declared closed. Cherry Street between 21st and 22nd N. W. Mayor Graham called for proponents to appear and Mr. Bill Flanary and Mr. Bill Boswell appeared in behalf of the petition.
