\ low,' <br />Page 4 <br />Mayor Graham declared the public hearing open on the petition of Lloyd <br />Innerarity for a change in zoning from a Multi- Family Dwelling District <br />No. 1 to an Office District on Lot 2, City Block 126, located on the <br />northwest corner of 7th S. W. and W. Kaufman. <br />Mayor Graham called for proponents to appear and Mr. Hardy Moore appeared <br />in behalf of the petitioner along with Jimmy Myrick, and Mr. Lloyd <br />Innerarity also appeared. Mr. Moore stated that there was a contract <br />to sell the property to Mr. Innerarity for the construction of a 8,000 <br />sq. foot, one story office building to be leased to the Department of <br />Human Resources for Regional Headquarters. <br />Mayor Graham called for opponents to appear and Mr. Harold Smith, Mr. <br />Almon Hutchings, Mr. Robert Burns, Mr. Skipper Steely, Mr. C. E. Gay, <br />and Mrs. Ben Hinds all appeared in opposition to the petition. <br />Mayor Graham declared the public hearing closed and <br />ORDINANCE NO. <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ZONING ORDINANCE NO. 1710 OF THE CITY OF PARIS, <br />PARIS, TEXAS, AND CHANGING THE BOUNDARIES ESTABLISHED BY THE ZONING <br />MAP OF SAID CITY; ESTABLISHING AN OFFICE DISTRICT (0) ON LOT 2, CITY <br />BLOCK 126, ON PROPERTY BELONGING TO LLOYD INNERARITY, SO AS TO INCLUDE <br />THEREIN TERRITORY FORMERLY DESIGNATED AS A MULTI - FAMILY DWELLING <br />DISTRICT NO. 1 (MF -1); AND DESIGNATING THE BOUNDARIES OF THE OFFICE <br />DISTRICT (0) SO ESTABLISHED. <br />was presented. Mayor Graham advised the Council that he had been <br />approached by a lady who lives at 7th and Grand Avenue who was opposed <br />to the zoning change. After discussion, a motion was made by Council- <br />man Francis, seconded by Councilman Williams to table the Ordinance <br />with instructions to present an elevation and site plan to the Council <br />and to the neighbors objecting to the re- zoning. The motion carried <br />7 ayes, 0 nays. <br />Mayor Graham declared the public hearing open on the petition of Jim <br />Kirby for a change in zoning from a Planned Development District - <br />Retail and Office to a One Family Dwelling District No. 2 on the east <br />110 feet of Lot 9, City Block 331, located on the west side of 34th <br />N. W. between Bonham and W.
