ig Resolution No. 2189 authorizing and Directing the City Attorney to <br />proceed to condemn property to be used for Phase II Buttermilk Creek <br />Drainage Project on said creek between Collegiate Drive and Clark Lane <br />Street was presented. A motion was made by Councilman McGee, seconded <br />by Councilman Wilson for adoption of the Resolution. The motion carried <br />7 ayes, 0 nays. <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2189 <br />WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Paris <br />has undertaken a project of construction entitled <br />PHASE II, BUTTERMILK CREEK DRAINAGE PROJECT in accord- <br />ance with plans and specifications prepared by Rick <br />Conner, City Engineer of the City of Paris; and, <br />WHEREAS, the easement descriptions necessary for <br />the completion of said drainage project are shown on <br />Exhibit A attached hereto; and, <br />WHEREAS, the City Council finds that the above <br />described drainage easements are necessary for said <br />improvement project and that the same should be condemned; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL <br />OF PARIS, That the City Attorney, T.
