Councilman Wilson discussed lifting the building moratorium in Butter - i <br />milk Creek Drainage area. No action was taken on the matter. <br />Mayor Graham announced that the Council would go into executive session <br />to discuss matters with the City Attorney, and the regular session was <br />declared closed, and the executive session open. <br />City Attorney Haynes discussed rate matter of Southwestern Bell Telephone <br />Company and Lone Star Gas Company with the City Council. <br />Mayor Graham declared the executive session closed, and the regular <br />session open. <br />There being no further business, the meeting adjourned. <br />JOE GRAHAM, MAYOR <br />ATTEST: <br />H. M. Mayor Graham called the meeting to <br />order with the following Councilmen present: W. C. Francis, George <br />Fisher, Jr., Gene McWaters, Jr., Walter F. Williams, Larry McGee, and <br />Donald G. Wilson. Also present were City Manager, R. W. Sokoll, City <br />Attorney, T. K. Haynes, and City Clerk, H. C. Greene. <br />Resolution No. 2190 regarding future annexation of Industrial tract <br />of land in southwest Paris was presented. A motion was made by <br />Councilman Fisher, seconded by Councilman McGee for adoption of the <br />Resolution. The motion carried 7 ayes, 0 nays. <br />
