14 <br />i <br />I <br />Mayor Graham announced that the Council would go into executive session <br />and the regular session was declared closed and the executive session <br />open. <br />Mr. James Anderson, and Director of Public Works, Dan Brotton, appeared <br />before the Council and discussed personnel matters. <br />Mayor Graham declared the executive session closed and the regular <br />session open. <br />There being no further business, the meeting adjourned. <br />JOE GRAHAM, MAYOR <br />ATTEST: <br />H. GREENE, CITY CLERK <br />MINUTES OF THE SPECIAL MEETING OF THE CITY OF PARIS <br />July 27, 1982 <br />The special meeting of the City Council of the City of Paris was held <br />Tuesday July 27, 1982, 5:15 P. M. Mayor Graham called the meeting to <br />order with the following Councilmen present: Gene McWaters, Jr. <br />Walter F. Williams, Larry McGee, and Donald G. Wilson. Also present <br />were City Manager, R. W. Sokoll, City Attorney, T. K. Haynes, and <br />City Clerk, H. C. Greene. <br />Mayor Graham called for the tabulation of bids for Phase I & II of the <br />Buttermilk Creek Drainage Project, and the following bids were presented: <br />Phase I <br />1. Tri -J Const. Co. Inc. <br />2. B & B Equipment Co. $40,109. <br />3. Heuberger, Inc. $48,937. <br />Phase II <br />$26,605. <br />$33,705. <br />Total <br />$163,655. <br />$ 66,714. <br />$ 82,642. <br />Resolution No. 2192 authorizing and directing the Mayor to execute <br />a contract for the Buttermilk Creek Drainage Project Phase I with the <br />B & B Equipment Company in the amount of $40,109.00 was presented. A <br />motion was made by Councilman Wilson, seconded by Councilman McWaters <br />for adoption of the Resolution. The motion carried 5 ayes, 0 nays. <br />
