ORDINANCE NO. 2645 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ZONING ORDIN ANCE NO. 1710 OF THE CITY OF PARIS, PARIS, TEXAS, AND CHANGING THE BOUNDARIES ESTABLISHED BY THE ZONING MAP OF SAID CITY: ESTABLISHING A MULTI - FAMILY DWELLING DISTRICT NO. 1 (MF -1) ON THE SOUTH PART OF LOTS 1 AND 2, BLOCK B, TOWN EAST ESTATES, ON PROPERTY BELONGING TO DARRELL COATS, SO AS TO INCLUDE THEREIN TERRITORY FORMERLY DESIGNATED AS A ONE FAMILY DWELLING DISTRICT NO. 2 (SF -2); AND DESIGNATING THE BOUNDARIES OF THE MULTI - FAMILY DWELLING DISTRICT NO. 1 (MF -1) SO ESTABLISHED. was presented. A motion was made by Councilman McWaters, seconded by Councilman Wilson for adoption of the Ordinance. The motion carried 6 ayes, 0 nays. Mayor Graham declared the public hearing open on the petition of the Mt. Sinia Lodge No. 1570 for a change in zoning from a Two Family Dwelling District to a Two Family Dwelling District and Specific Use Permit -Lodge on Lot 10, City Block 79 -A located at 536 3rd N. W. Mayor Graham called for proponents to appear and Mr. A. W. Clem appeared in behalf of the petitioners, Mrs. Martha Dean, Realitor, and Herschel Biglow an official of the Mt. Sinia Lodge No. 1570 appeared before the Council in behalf of the petitioner. Mayor Graham called for opponents to appear and Mr. Benny Freeman, Mr. Frank Dooley, and Mr. Floyd McKnight appeared in opposition. City Clerk H. C. Greene presented a petition that had earlier been presented to the Planning and Zoning Commission opposing the zoning change. After discussion, Mayor Graham declared the public hearing closed and ORDINANCE NO. 2646 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ZONING ORDINANCE NO. 1710 OF THE CITY OF PARIS, PARIS, TEXAS, AND CHANGING THE BOUNDARIES ESTABLISHED BY THE ZONING MAP OF SAID CITY; ESTABLISHING A TWO FAMILY DWELLING DISTRICT (2F) AND SPECIFIC USE PERMIT, LODGE (17)ON LOT 10, CITY BLOCK 79 -A, ON PROPERTY BELONGING TO MOUNT SINIA LODGE #1570, SO AS TO INCLUDE THEREIN TERRITORY FORMERLY DESIGNATED AS A TWO FAMILY DWELLING DIST- RICT (2F); AND DESIGNATING THE BOUNDARIES OF THE TWO FAMILY DWELLING DISTRICT (2F) AND SPECIFIC USE PERMIT LODGE (17) SO ESTABLISHED. was presented. A motion was made by Councilman Williams, seconded by Councilman Fisher for adoption of the Ordinance. The motion carried 6 ayes, 0 nays. Mayor Graham declared the public hearing open on the petition of Pearl Henry for a change in zoning from a One Family Dwelling District No. 3 to a One Family Dwelling District No. 3 and Specific Use Permit - Mobile Home on Lot 4, City Block M, Fuller - Dehoney Addition located at 1248 W. Campbell Street. Mrs. Henry appeared in behalf of her petition. Mayor Graham called for opponents to appear and none appared and the public hearing was declared closed.
