ORDINANCE NO. 2647 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ZONING ORDINANCE NO. 1710 OF THE CITY OF PARIS, PARIS, TEXAS, AND CHANGING THE BOUNDARIES ESTABLISHED BY THE ZONING MAP OF SAID CITY; ESTABLISHING A ONE FAMILY DWELLING DISTRICT NO. 3 (SF -3) AND A SPECIFIC USE PERMIT - MOBILE HOME (39) ON LOT 4, BLOCK M, FULLER - DOHONEY ADDITION TO THE CITY OF PARIS, ON PROPERTY BELONGING TO PEARL HENRY, SO AS TO INCLUDE THEREIN TERRITORY FORMERLY DESIGNATED AS ONE FAMILY DWELLING DISTRICT NO. 3 (SF -3) AND DESIGNATING THE BOUNDARIES OF THE ONE FAMILY DWELLING DISTRICT NO. 3 (SF -3) AND A SPECIFIC USE PERMIT, MOBILE HOME (39) SO ESTABLISHED. was presented. A motion was made by Councilman Fisher, seconded by Councilman Williams for adoption of the Ordinance. The motion carried 5 ayes, 1 nay, Councilman Wilson voting nay. Mayor Graham declared the public hearing open on the petition of Judy Lyde for a change in zoning from a Two Family Dwelling District to a Neighborhood Service District on Lot 5, City Block 227 -D located on the northwest corner of 20th N. E. and E. Cherry Street. This matter had been tabled at the August 9th, 1982 meeting. ORDINANCE NO. 2648 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ZONING ORDINANCE NO. 1710 OF THE CITY OF PARIS, PARIS, TEXAS, AND CHANGING THE BOUNDARIES ESTABLISHED BY THE ZONING MAP OF SAID CITY; ESTABLISHING A NEIGHBORHOOD SERVICE DISTRICT (NS) ON LOT 5, CITY BLOCK 227 -D, ON PROPERTY BELONGING TO JUDY LYDE, SO AS TO INCLUDE THEREIN TERRITORY FORMERLY DESIGNATED AS A TWO FAMILY DWELLING DISTRICT (2F); AND DESIGNATING THE BOUNDARIES OF THE NEIGH- BORHOOD SERVICE DISTRICT (NS) SO ESTABLISHED. was presented. A motion was made by Councilman Williams, seconded by Councilman Fisher for adoption of the Ordinance. The motion carried 6 ayes, 0 nays. City Attorney Haynes presented a petition for re- zoning for Calvin Anderson for Lots 1 and 1 -A, City Block 237 from General Retail District to Commercial District. Mayor Graham referred the petition to the Planning and Zoning Commission for their recommendation and called for a public hearing at the next regular Council meeting. Mayor Graham called for consideration of recommendations made by the Traffic Commission and advised that the Traffic Commission had recommended a Stop Sign on 1st Street S. E. at Clarksville stopping Southbound traffic on 1st S. E. After discussion with the Asstant Police Chief Barnett, a motion was made by Councilman Wilson seconded by Councilman Williams authorizing the preparation of an Ordinance. The motion carried 6 ayes, 0 nays.
