ORDINANCE NO. 2647 <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ZONING ORDINANCE NO. 1710 OF THE CITY OF PARIS, <br />PARIS, TEXAS, AND CHANGING THE BOUNDARIES ESTABLISHED BY THE ZONING <br />MAP OF SAID CITY; ESTABLISHING A ONE FAMILY DWELLING DISTRICT NO. 3 <br />(SF -3) AND A SPECIFIC USE PERMIT - MOBILE HOME (39) ON LOT 4, BLOCK M, <br />FULLER - DOHONEY ADDITION TO THE CITY OF PARIS, ON PROPERTY BELONGING <br />TO PEARL HENRY, SO AS TO INCLUDE THEREIN TERRITORY FORMERLY DESIGNATED <br />AS ONE FAMILY DWELLING DISTRICT NO. 3 (SF -3) AND DESIGNATING THE <br />BOUNDARIES OF THE ONE FAMILY DWELLING DISTRICT NO. 3 (SF -3) AND A <br />SPECIFIC USE PERMIT, MOBILE HOME (39) SO ESTABLISHED. <br />was presented. A motion was made by Councilman Fisher, seconded by <br />Councilman Williams for adoption of the Ordinance. The motion carried <br />5 ayes, 1 nay, Councilman Wilson voting nay. <br />Mayor Graham declared the public hearing open on the petition of Judy <br />Lyde for a change in zoning from a Two Family Dwelling District to a <br />Neighborhood Service District on Lot 5, City Block 227 -D located on <br />the northwest corner of 20th N. E. and E. Cherry Street. This matter <br />had been tabled at the August 9th, 1982 meeting. <br />ORDINANCE NO. 2648 <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ZONING ORDINANCE NO. 1710 OF THE CITY OF PARIS, <br />PARIS, TEXAS, AND CHANGING THE BOUNDARIES ESTABLISHED BY THE ZONING <br />MAP OF SAID CITY; ESTABLISHING A NEIGHBORHOOD SERVICE DISTRICT (NS) <br />ON LOT 5, CITY BLOCK 227 -D, ON PROPERTY BELONGING TO JUDY LYDE, SO <br />AS TO INCLUDE THEREIN TERRITORY FORMERLY DESIGNATED AS A TWO FAMILY <br />DWELLING DISTRICT (2F); AND DESIGNATING THE BOUNDARIES OF THE NEIGH- <br />BORHOOD SERVICE DISTRICT (NS) SO ESTABLISHED. <br />was presented. A motion was made by Councilman Williams, seconded by <br />Councilman Fisher for adoption of the Ordinance. The motion carried <br />6 ayes, 0 nays. <br />City Attorney Haynes presented a petition for re- zoning for Calvin <br />Anderson for Lots 1 and 1 -A, City Block 237 from General Retail <br />District to Commercial District. <br />Mayor Graham referred the petition to the Planning and Zoning Commission <br />for their recommendation and called for a public hearing at the next <br />regular Council meeting. <br />Mayor Graham called for consideration of recommendations made by the <br />Traffic Commission and advised that the Traffic Commission had <br />recommended a Stop Sign on 1st Street S. E. at Clarksville stopping <br />Southbound traffic on 1st S. E. After discussion with the Asstant <br />Police Chief Barnett, a motion was made by Councilman Wilson seconded <br />by Councilman Williams authorizing the preparation of an Ordinance. <br />The motion carried 6 ayes, 0 nays. <br />
